    Zucchini Frittata


    2 zucchinis, shredded
    1 little red onion, chopped
    2 Tablespoons olive oil
    2 Tablespoons Parmesan, shredded
    1 tsp sea to taste
    ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
    2 cloves beans, minced
    ½ cup milk
    3 eggs

    1 tsp clean basil/parsley, well chopped

    Preparation method

    Saute vegetables for 3-4 mins in essential olive oil and mix in beans. Add zucchini and sea, and sauté for about 5-6 mins. Take egg with use. Stir in mozzarella dairy product, basil/parsley and egg-milk blend. Make a mix. Make 2-3 mins. Move it to a pyrex or range plate and make at 375 F (190 C) until egg forms, if preferred broil top to darkish for 2-3 mins.
