2 small watermelon
1 pound of seedless grapes
1 (15 ounce) can diced canned pineapple in juice, drain and reserve juice
2 bananas, cut into small pieces
2 apples – peeled, seeded and chopped
Cut each melon in half lengthwise. Excavation inside of a cantaloupe, reserving the shells for later use. Drain the pineapple juice and discard. Cut apples in half, remove pits, and cut into small pieces. Peel bananas and cut into small pieces. Rinse grapes under cold water and pat dry.
In a bowl, combine pineapple, melon balls, apple, banana chips and raisins. Divide fruit salad among four reserved watermelon “bowls”, and serve.
