Turkish Omelette


6 medium eggs
Milk 1 1/3 cup
1 cup all-purpose flour
Salt 1 2/3 c. Tea
2 tablespoons oil

Preparation method

Beat eggs with milk, mixing well. Add sifted dry ingredients slowly together. Heat 1 / 3 of the oil in a nonstick skillet or pan. Pour 1 / 3 of mixture into pan and spread slighlty. Lightly brown on both sides upside down. Complete cooking with remaining mixture. Arrange the pancakes on top of each on a plate. Cut into 6 pieces. Serve hot.
6 servings.
