Stir Fried Cabbage With Dried Chillies
1/2 medium (300g) cabbage – sliced thinly
4 dried red chillies – cut into 3 to 4 pieces
1 (about 60g) onion – sliced
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 springs curry leaves
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste,1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
When oil is heated, soften the onions for a couple of mins.
Add in chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Stir in for another 2 mins.
Goes in the cabbage and salt.
Continue stirring quickly until crispy tender or tender, depending on your preference.
Remove from heat once done.Add the apple cider vinegar.
