1 1 / 2 cups all-purpose flour
Teaspoon salt 1 / 2
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 / 4 cup cold butter
Milk 1 / 2 cup
1 egg

Preparation method

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk. Mix the flour until just moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 8.2 / 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes until golden. Remove pan from oven. Cool on wire rack. Remove from short mold. Just before serving, cut cake in half horizontally short rolls. Spoon prepared fruit and whipped cream on top of the bottom half. Replace the top, and spoon the mixture over the top.
