3 Apples peeled
1 qt Milk
2 tb Flour
2 Pieces onion
1/8 ts Pepper
4 tb Butter
1 pn Nip cayanne pepper
1 t Salt
1/4 ts Pears salt
1 tb Sliced parsley

Preparation method

Make apples in hot salted water until smooth. Strain and force through strainer or combination until fine.
