1 pound ground meat
Pepperoni 1 / 4 lb – chopped
1 clove garlic – minced
1 / 4 cup pizza sauce – extra to use as a condiment
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Onion 1 / 4 cup – chopped
Salt and pepper
4 slices mozzarella cheese or provolone
1 tomato – sliced
iceberg or romaine lettuce
4 crispy rolls – sliced
Bowl, combine ground beef, peppers, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion.
Mix all ingredients.
Divide into four equal parts and pat into hamburger.
Salt and pepper each burger.
Fry the burgers in a large skillet, or they can be easily grilled. Cook about 6 minutes per side or until it reaches the desired doneness.
