For the dough:
Flour 1/2 kg
A small cube of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt

For the filling:
1/2 kg minced meat
3 onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup chopped parsley

Preparation method

Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper together. Make a soft dough of flour, yeast, salt and water. Divide the dough into pieces the size of tangerines. Roll-out of these circles, the size of the spread of tea and plates made of ground meat on one half, leaving a margin around the edge. Fold and press the edges well. Bake in a hot frying pan or plate. Spread butter on both sides and serve hot.
