1 egg white
3 c. soup. oil
2 c. soup. cornstarch
2 boneless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Chicken broth 1-1/2 cups
1 onion, chopped
1 / 4 cup snow peas
suffer (fish sauce), salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
1 head cauliflower, cut into floweretes
1 / 4 cup water
1 / 3 cup leeks
1 small carrot, sliced
2 tablespoons. corn starch, scattered
1 package of noodles
2 pcs. chicken liver, cooked and sliced (optional)
Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact. Cover with a mixture of egg white and cornstarch. Cut chicken breast into strips and coat with cornmeal. Set aside.
In a wok (or large skillet), heat oiland Saute garlic and onion. Add the chicken meat, liver and shrimp. Season to taste. Fry for a few minutes.
Pour the broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Add all the vegetables. Cook until crisp-tender. Thicken with cornstarch dispersed.
Mix the noodles and cook until tender municipality.
