Orange Chocolate Mousse
8 ounces dark chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 orange (peel)
1 tablespoon orange liqueur
1 / 2 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside.
Beat cream cheese, chocolate, sugar, orange liqueur and orange zest until light and fluffy.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese in two batches.
Pour the mixture into a container on the server and you’ll be cold in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
