Mozzarella Milk Products Meals Manicotti Florentine


16 Manicotti Noodles
1 lb Ricotta Mozzarella dairy product — or bungalow cheese
1/2 Lb Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 egg — beaten
1 tbsp reduced parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 servings pasta sauce
1 little Onion

1/2 lb mushrooms
1/2 lb spinach

Preparation method

Saute reduced vegetables and weeds until young. Water reduced oatmeal until wilted (or use thawed out freezing spinach). Incorporate ricotta, mozzarella, 3/4 cup of the Parmesan, egg, parsley, herbs.
