Melted Dinner with Vegetables
1 lb soba/Chinese/Ramen noodles
2-3 cloves beans, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
2-3 Tablespoons canola oil
1-2 celery, very finely shredded/juvenile cut
1 cup lovely peas
2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup option weeds, sliced
1-2 Tablespoons natural red onion, reduced to garnish
1 tsp sea to taste
¼ tsp floor pepper
1 ½-2 servings hot water
1-2 red chilies, seeded and destroyed (optional)
Heat oil in a wok or skillet and mix fry beans and red onion for 1 minute or until opaque. Add chilies (optional) and celery continue mixing for 2 mins, and then add lovely peas and weeds with spice up and sea. Stir fry for 3-4 more mins.
Add dinner with soy marinade, mix and throw, and then make for 2-3 mins. Add hot water and make covered until the water is consumed.
Garnish with green vegetables and serve warm/hot.
