2 cups (1 inch) of melon
2 cups (1-inch cubes) of seedless watermelon
1 pound organic strawberries, hulled, divided
1 cucumber, peeled, seeds and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Preparation method

Melon, the melon, cucumber, half the strawberries and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until pureed. Chop the remaining strawberries and stir into the soup. Refrigerate until cold.
