1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 cloves garlic
A thumb-sized piece of galangal (or ginger, peeled and chopped)
Birds Eye chillies 1 + (or other hot pepper or 1 teaspoon hot sauce, etc)
2 stalks lemongrass (peeled and chopped, lemon zest or leaves of myrtle or)
1 / 4 cup cilantro (chopped)
2 green onions (sliced)
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 / 2 c. teaspoon shrimp paste
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons palm sugar (or sugar grated)

Preparation method

Place the lemongrass, garlic, galangal, chillies, coriander, lime juice and zest, green onion, shrimp paste, fish sauce, palm oil and sugar in processor and process of learning. Marinate the shrimp in the pasta at least 10 minutes. Skewer the shrimp. Grill until cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
