3 cups fresh cherries (3 / 4 pounds), seeded and chopped
8 bone lamb chops (about 2 pounds)
2 green onions
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons lime juice
Tsp salt 1 / 2, divided
1 / 2 teaspoon grated lime zest

Preparation method

In a medium bowl, combine the cherries, green onions, mint, jalapeño juice, lemon and salt 1 / 4 teaspoon. Mix and set aside.
Prepare a grill over medium heat. Season the lamb with the spoon remaining 1 / 4 of salt and rub with lime zest. Grilled pork chops 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Start with the sauce and serve.
