    Grilled Burgers Turkey


    2 pounds ground turkey (preferably a book and a pound of the thigh in the chest)
    1 / 2 cup dried whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 / 2 cup chopped yellow onion
    1 red onion, thickly sliced
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon fine sea salt, divided

    1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation method

    Prepare gas grill for cooking over medium heat. In a large bowl, combine Turkey, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce and 1 / 2 teaspoon salt.
