Grill Master Chicken Wings
Soy sauce 1 / 2 cup
3 pounds chicken wings, cut at the joints, wing tips discarded
1 / 2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Butter 1 / 4 cup
1 / 4 cup chili sauce, or to taste
Mix 1 / 2 cup soy sauce, Italian dressing and chicken wings in a zip-top bag large. Close bag and refrigerate for 4 hours a night. Preheat barbecue to medium heat. In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir a teaspoon of soy sauce and chili sauce. Turn off heat and set aside. Remove the chicken wings marinated and dry. Cook the wings preheated grill, turning occasionally, until chicken is well browned and no longer pink, about 25-30 minutes. Place the roast wings in a large bowl. Pour butter sauce on the wings and mix well.
