Greek Dessert


3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup coconut
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup ground walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 package vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
1 package powdered whipped cream
1 cup milk
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups water
3 drops lemon juice

Preparation method

Beat eggs and 1 cup sugar thoroughly. Vegetable oil, coconut, bread crumbs, ground walnuts, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, mix again, by the addition. Poured into a greased square borcama 155 degrees and cook 25 minutes. Removed from the oven allow to cool. On the other hand 2 cups sugar, 3 cups water and lemon juice is made by boiling syrup, hot syrup over cooled cake is poured evenly. Scrambled with milk, whipped cream, then spread over cooled down. Served water is stored in refrigerator for 2 hours.
