    Garlic shrimps recipe


    15 large shrimp
    15 cloves of garlic
    8 tablespoons butter
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 cup vinegar
    12 slices bread
    Pepper 1/2 teaspoon red and 2 teaspoons salt
    4 cups water

    Preparation method

    Remove the heads, shells and black veins from shrimp. Make a diagonal cut into 3 cm at the top. Boil 4 cups water with bay leaves, vinegar and salt. One by one, put the shrimp in a saucepan, boil for 4 minutes and out.

    Melt butter with chopped garlic and a teaspoon of salt in a saucepan. Put the shrimp in the pan, add a glass of water when the cooked shrimp and boil for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle shrimp with paprika and serve with toasted slices of bread.
