fish meatball recipe
500 grams of fish fillets
2 days slices of stale bread, crust removed
1 bunch of parsley
130 ml olive oil
70 grams of flour
Place the fish dish with plenty of water. Cook until fish is cooked.
Remove fish from water and shred into small pieces.
Add the soaked bread, 1 grated onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Mix well. Take small portions of the mixture and shape, and then in the fingers.

Fry the fingers in hot oil. Drain and serve with chips.
