Doufu Soup


1 liter water
120 g chicken meat
3 pcs dry black mushrooms
1 small slice chinese ham
2 tbsp green pea
2 tbsp shells moved peanut

Preparation method

Boil chicken in 1 quart of warm water for 5 minutes
Get out and shred, soup-to-use
Soak dried black mushrooms and ham in China, clean water, then grind
Doufu whipping, then add the vegetable garden and mix well
Doufu with 500 ml boiling chicken broth and mix well
Heat another 500ml of chicken broth to the wok, add the shredded black mushrooms
Add doufu mixed peanuts and strips of ham in China, stir stir until cooked soup
Add peas, and soup is boiling again, then add the peas and serve
Tbsp – tablespoon
Soup is served better with a little pepper

Serving 4-6 persons
