Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
2 packages (1 / 3 oz each) unsweetened raspberry jelly
1 can (12 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, closed
1 medium navel orange, peeled, split and chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation method

In a 3-qt. microwave dish, combine the cranberries and apple juice concentrate, cover with wax paper. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until most berries have burst. Immediately stir the gelatin powder until dissolved. Cool for 10-15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a 2-qt. ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Result in a dish before serving.
