2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped (I sprinkled my chicken with some garlic seasoning before cooking)
8 ounces spaghetti
8 ounces ricotta cheese
6 oz Pesto
1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1 / 2 cups shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
Preheat oven to 400. Spaghetti Cook for 2 minutes less than package directions specify. Drain the spaghetti well and transfer to a bowl. Add chicken, pesto, 1 / 2 cup mozzarella and 1 / 4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture well and transfer to a 9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cook until the cheese melts, about 20 minutes. In turn the grill and grill for 1 minute or until browned.
