Cheddar Broccoli Chicken


2 chicken breasts
32 oz cheddar cheese soup
2 1 / 2 cups of fresh broccoli
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
2 c. soup. virgin olive oil
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 1 / 2 tsp. butter
2 c. to tea. black pepper

Preparation method

Boil 2 chicken breasts in about 6 cups of water (about 20-25 minutes). Drain chicken and let cool for a few minutes and finely chop the chicken.

In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and butter 1 / 4 cup, heat until melted, but can not get too brown. Add the chopped onions and broccoli, stir-fry until onions are transparent and broccoli is tender but not mushy, stirring often.

In another saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Pipes (figure 8 motion) shredded cheddar cheese. Add celery salt and pepper. Stir often. Add broccoli mixture into the soup mixture and cheese, then add the chicken. Stir and serve!
