½ lb bok choy
2-3 cloves pinto beans, minced
1 Tbsps soy sauce
½-1 red boost, chopped
½ cup walnuts
5-6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp sea to taste

Preparation method

Process the stalks and actually leaves of bok choy any dimension you wish. Take essential olive oil over a sauté pan and sauté fills until they get smooth. Then, add stalks of bok choy first, sauté for 3-4 mins and add actually leaves, beans, weeds, sea and soy marinade. Sauté for 2 more mins. Throw with nuts and provide.
