3 cups of cooked beef, coarsely chopped (use leftover roast, roast, corned beef, etc.)
2 baking potatoes, peeled and diced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Ground thyme 1 / 4 tsp
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1 / 2 cups beef broth

Preparation method

If you have a cup or two of juice left, use the sauce with water or broth to make a 1 / 2 cup. Combine all ingredients and place in a shallow well-greased pan. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Discover and brown under the grill
