Almond Dessert


6 eggs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
80 g butter
2 tablespoons flour
50 g almonds file
100 g almond powder
for the syrup
4 cups granulated sugar
3 cups water
Juice of half lemon

Preparation method

Sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan and boil take. Leave to cool. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Whisk yolks and sugar in asaucepan over low heat, stirring constantly take and cook until it changes into foam. Get out of the oven almond powder, add the flour and butter in a mixer beat. Beat the egg whites in a separate placeuntil the skin blisters and other add to the mix. Fold their spoon tostir more. Clamp mold it into greased dough, sprinkle almonds on the file. Bake in the oven set at 180 degrees until brown. Pour coldsyrup moving on. After waiting a little slice and serve.
